3. Irrigation:It can accurately control the water level and diversion flow of the irrigation channel; when the channel flow changes, the water level in front of the diversion structure can be automatically controlled to ensure the uniformity of the diversion.

4. Water diversion and flood discharge:It can be applied to the flood diversion work of the river to automatically adjust the water flow; automatically control the upstream water level during the flood period to keep it low, and take away the mud and sand deposited in the upstream with the help of the flood; or directly fall down in the whole class to ensure the flood capacity of the original river.

5. Power generation: form high water level to increase the power generation capacity of hydropower station; Generally, the water depth at the top of the drain gate is only 0.25-0.5m,PSRD can create a higher head and accurately control the upstream water level, safely discharge flood in flood season, and PSRD rises to block water after flood season; In addition, a stable ice sheet can be formed upstream in winter to prevent ice from blocking the water diversion port of the power station.

6. Fish and environmental protection:A series of gas shield dams can be used to form cascade fishways to control the flow and velocity so that fish can smoothly cross the dam. Controlling the upstream water level can prevent the water bird's nest in the reservoir area from being suddenly submerged, and a stable water level can improve the safety and natural landscape of the reservoir area.

7. Protection of roads and garages:PSRD can be installed at the entrance of garage and subway to prevent rainstorm and flood from entering. It can also be arranged at the gap of the levee and closed immediately when the flood comes.

8. Navigation:PSRD is an ideal form of upstream and downstream gates of the ship lock, which can accurately control the upstream and downstream water levels; when the dam collapses, the steel plate is covered on the rubber airbag to ensure the smooth passage of the ship; the complex gate opening and closing system is reduced, the operation is flexible and simple; the construction and maintenance costs of the ship lock are reduced.
