The anchoring of rubber dam bags is a key process in rubber dam construction, and its anchoring method directly affects its safety, installation, and leakage issues. At present, there are three main anchoring methods for rubber dam bags: bolt pressing plate anchoring, concrete wedge anchoring, and capsule water filling anchoring. Bolted pressure plate anchoring is currently the longest used form of rubber dam bag anchoring in China, so the installation quality of rubber dam bags and their anchoring components is particularly important during the construction process
2-1 bolt press plate anchoring
When using bolts for anchoring treatment, two anchoring methods can be used: non perforated bolts and pierced L-bolts. Among them, pierced L-bolts have a wide range of applications. The bolt material is stainless steel or carbon steel. No. 2O channel steel is the main pressing plate material. When making pressing plates, common construction materials such as concrete and cast iron should be used to anchor the bolts, as stainless steel bolts are used, Its cost is too high. However, using ordinary bolts is prone to water leakage and other problems, and the main measure to solve this problem is to have a high requirement for the number of times the nut is tightened during the construction process
2-2 concrete wedge anchoring
The working principle of concrete wedge anchor is to use concrete to manufacture wedges with a certain weight. The wedges are fixed in the anchoring groove, and the rubber dam bag is fixed by squeezing each other of the concrete wedges. The anchoring groove needs to be designed in a trapezoidal or boot shape. However, different periods have different requirements for the material of the wedge: for the anchoring groove in the shape of the boot, The early stage wedge must be made of concrete. The later stage wedge also needs to be made of concrete: for the anchoring groove of the trapezoid, the early stage wedge must be made of concrete. The later stage wedge can also be made of concrete or wood.
